Camel's Analysis to Assess the Performance of Banking Companies Listed in Book 4 for the 2016-2020 Period
Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze Camel's Analysis to Assess the Performance of Banking Companies Registered in Book 4 for the 2016-2020 Period. The population in this study is the financial statements of banks listed in Book 4. The sample in this study is the financial statements of the last 5 years of registered banks. in Book 4. The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach because the data obtained is in the form of numbers to trace the financial performance of the Bank listed in Book 4. Data collection techniques used literature study, field study and internet study. The data analysis technique used in this study is CAMEL analysis of financial statements. The results of the study show that from the results of the overall calculation the CAMEL ratio at the Bank listed in Book 4 experiences an increase and decrease every year, but this does not affect the bank in a long term problem, namely bankruptcy. Based on the results of financial performance research at banks listed in Book 4 on the Capital aspect with a very healthy predicate, on the Assets aspect with a fairly healthy predicate, on the Management aspect with a fairly healthy predicate, on the Earnings aspect with a healthy predicate and on the Liquidity aspect with a fairly healthy predicate.
