The Effect Of Occupational Health And Safety On Employee Work Productivity At Pt Yanmarindo Perkasa

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on employee work productivity at PT Yanmarindo Perkasa. In this study, the population of the population is all employees of PT Yanmarindo Perkasa as many as 54 employees. In this study the sampling method used saturated sampling method or census method. Thus, all 54 employees of PT Yanmarindo Perkasa were taken as samples. The data collection technique that the authors use is a questionnaire. Furthermore, the authors analyzed the data using descriptive and quantitative methods. The results of the study were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 20.00 computer program. Based on the research results, it can be seen that simultaneously work safety and occupational health have a significant effect on work productivity at PT Yanmarindo Perkasa. Occupational safety and occupational health have an influence of 64.7% on work productivity at PT Yanmarindo Perkasa.
