Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment and workload on employee performance at PT Srikandi Inti Lestari. The place of this research was carried out at PT Srikandi Inti Lestari. The population in this study were 38 respondents, so that the sampling technique was saturated, namely all employees of PT Srikandi Inti Lestari were the sample in this study. This research method is quantitative with data collection techniques using a questionnaire and the data is analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.

Based on the results of this study, the Non-Physical Work Environment influences the Employee Performance of PT Srikandi Inti Lestari. Workload affects PT Srikandi Inti Lestari's Employee Performance. The Non-Physical Work Environment and Workload together have an influence on the Employee Performance of PT Srikandi Inti Lestari. The contribution of Non-Physical Work Environment and Workload variables to Employee Performance is 88.7%.
