The Effects Of Motivation And Work Discipline On Work Goals Of Employees Of The Library Service Of Makassar City

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to determine the effect of motivation on employee work  goals at the Makassar City Library Service Office to determine the effect of work discipline on employee work objectives at the Makassar City Library Service Office, to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee goals at the Makassar City   Library Service Office.The number of samples used in this study were 26 employees from the Makassar City Library Service Office.

The results of this study can be formulated as follows variable X1, X2 have a positive influence on variable Y either individually or simultaneously. Or in other words motivation, work discipline has a positive influence on Work Objectives.
