Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Sygma Daya Insani Sumbagsel. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method, the number of samples is 133 respondents of PT Sygma Daya Insani Sumbagsel employees. While the analysis method used is SEM-PLS. The results of the study obtained are (1) organizational culture has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (2) leadership has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (3) organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, (4) leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, (5) job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, (6) organizational culture through job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, and (7) leadership through job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.
