Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) has an important role in managing employees so that they can work efficiently, survive, and achieve company goals. Employee performance, which includes quality, quantity, effectiveness, and work commitment, is the result of a process influenced by ability, motivation, and opportunity. This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Commitment, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance at the Bank Mega Syariah Arteri Pondok Indah Area Office. Employee performance, as an indicator of organizational success, is influenced by a variety of factors including commitment to the organization, involvement in the work, and voluntary behavior that supports the organization's effectiveness. This study uses a quantitative method that is associative, with the total population used in the study being 50 respondents. In this study, the sample is a population, namely 50 employees or a saturated sample. The results of the study show that each independent variable, namely Organizational Commitment, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, has a significant influence on Employee Performance partially. This research is expected to help changes in designing strategies to improve operational efficiency and service quality, as well as become a reference for further research in the field of human resources.
