Stock Return of Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Sub Sektor Companies: Comparative Analysis Before, During, and After the New Normal Covid 19 Pandemic
Abstract
This research is used to answer the existing problem, namely, is there a difference in stock returns before, during and the new normal in the hospitality, restaurant and tourism sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are differences in stock returns before, during and the new normal in the hospitality, restaurant and tourism sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The type of research used is comparative research. The place of research was carried out on the hospitality, restaurant and tourism sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The data used is secondary data. The data collection method used in this research is documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is the classical assumption test, homogeneity test and one-way ANOVA test assisted by the statistical program for special science (SPSS). The results of the one-way ANOVA test show that there are differences in stock returns between before, during and new normal, while in the Multiple Comparison test there are differences in stock returns before and during covid-19, there is no difference in stock returns before and new normal covid-19 and not. There is a difference between current stock returns and the new normal covid-19.
